Pineapple Pie

INGREDIENTS

800 grams of Minuto Verde’s Pineapple
Pie dough

Custard cream

1⁄4 cup of icing sugar
Cinnamon to taste

PREPARATION

In a pie pan spread the pie dough and bake it in a preheated oven for at least 10 minutes at 180oC and let it cool. Place the pineapples in a bowl along with the icing sugar and cinnamon, mix it and let it rest for 15 minutes, take the cooked dough and fill it with the custard cream then add the pineapples on top and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, then serve.
